Installation Documentation Standard
Produce as-built technical records precise enough that someone who never visited the site could understand exactly what was installed and where.

- Technical as-built records — device serial logs, wiring, configuration notes. Evidence today is captured at the project level; it would benefit from being associated with a specific Site → Location → System → Device/Door/Endpoint once that hierarchy exists as data, not just as a documentation convention.

Every installed device or system must have a serial number or identifier logged.
