IETEL OS · Orientation
Foundations
This is not a marketing page. It's the orientation screen for the internal platform — how the pieces IETEL OS will eventually run connect to each other. Some of it is still typed static data; a real, growing share of it is now backed by a real database — see the dashboard above for what's actually live.

How IETEL Works → Run IETEL
Purpose
Why IETEL exists: security, access control, networking, and smart infrastructure built around an organization.
Departments
The functional areas work is organized into — eight of them, from Executive to Customer Success.
Organization →Roles / Positions
Named seats within a department, independent of who currently fills them — a Position exists whether or not it’s staffed.
Organization →Responsibilities
What each Position owns: decision authority, and which other Position has to approve it.
Organization →Processes
The project lifecycle — how work actually moves from Lead to Closeout, with conditional branches by project type.
Project Lifecycle →Standards
Governed rules for how work must be done, each owned by a Role and tied to specific lifecycle stages.
Standards →System Rules
Standards enforced by the platform itself, not just written policy — e.g. a contractor can’t be assigned until contractor.status = APPROVED.
Standards →Real Work
Actual projects executing against the lifecycle, staffed by real Positions, generating real forms and documents.
Sample Project →Measurement
KPIs and stage status, tracked per project against the standards and lifecycle that govern it. Not built out in Phase 1 — the sample project shows where this attaches.
Improvement
What gets measured feeds back into refined Standards and Processes — and a successful project becomes the next Marketing stage. The loop closes.
What Phase 1 is — and isn't
Is
A read-only map of departments, positions, the project lifecycle, standards, and the forms/documents concept — plus one clearly labeled sample project to see how they connect.
Isn't
Authenticated, deployed, connected to a database, or holding any real customer, employee, contractor, or financial data. Everything here is typed static data, local only.
