Responsibilities
- Coordinates scheduling logistics across roles.
- Files and organizes documents per the File Naming Standard.
- Collects vendor and contractor compliance paperwork for handoff to the People/Contractor Coordinator and Finance.
- Supports project admin tasks that don't require financial or hiring authority.

- Files incoming documents.

- Reviews scheduling logistics for the week ahead.

- Coordinates logistics for new engagements.
- Collects paperwork for vendor and contractor setup.
